question to Canadians on new Prime Minister Cretien was considered a clear liberal unsure about his overall financial ease in spending this new PM is named Paul Martin, I believe he is regarded as more conservative he promises sweeping reforms if anyone could briefly outline Miller's policy implications, it would be much appreciated it could have a serious bearing on the Canadian Dollar thanks, jim
