FWIW, my wife tells me we received an unsolicited bid today on our Las Vegas condo...and it's not for sale, and not listed anywhere!

...and they say there isn't a housing bubble?! ROTFLMAO!

BTW, if someone wants a 2 Bd, 2 Ba condo in Vegas in a secure guard gated community with an attached garage and sweeping views of both the mountains and the Strip, the asking price is 250K...Owner WON'T finance!<VBG>

Just take something simple like steel. What the US Steel South Works plant used to produce at it's peak with almost 200,000 workers, Baosteel can produce with 2,200 employees, lots of automation and they produce their own power to do it. They also sell excess energy back to the grid.
