Not overlooked by me ;o) There is a distinct defrosting of the relations between China and India.... India though still suffers from a lack of 'central command' it seems to me which China doesn't. Must ne that darn democracy thing again..

It is interesting that two people I respect highly, Richard Russell and Jay Chen, have both invested a little in closed end Indian funds

Anybody know the ticker symbols off hand?
