CHESAPEAKE ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Chesapeake Gold has granted options pursuant to its stock option plan to directors, officers, employees and consultants to acquire 1.15 million common shares in the capital of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of $3.30 per share for a term of five years, expiring Dec. 12, 2008.

The options will vest and be exercisable on the basis of 25 per cent annually commencing Dec. 12, 2004, the first anniversary of the date of option grant.

The stock option plan was approved by the shareholders of the company at the annual general meeting held on June 26, 2003.

Furthermore, I did apologise to you for the sue post, so what's the beef? did you change your mind on accepting my apology for being flipent?

BTW AQI is low quality like their frivolus court actions and infered court actions. a better bet is the company drilling navidad.

I hate rich people, but I wouldn't mind being one.

It is better to be wealthy, stupid and despised, than smart and poor and looked down upon.
