here ya go Myth-Direct from the jobless report: "In the week ending Dec. 6, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 378,000, an increase of 13,000 from the previous week's unrevised figure of 365,000… UNADJUSTED DATA The advance number of actual initial claims under state programs, unadjusted, totaled 490,406 in the week ending Dec. 6, an increase of 133,566 from the previous week." Somehow CA jobless claims fell 19,629 due to a short work week.
