all FYI FWIW The Fed added $3 Billion in repurchase agreements today 12/12/2003. This action returned the repo pool to is still upward 30-day moving average so we must continue to expect DOW strength which will also continue to confuse those who cling to standard technical analysis in an government interventional investment world. The pool total is now $34.39 Billion and the daily Fed web resource links are as follows:
