I don't think the tax situation is that different here in the states. The effective tax rate is 50%, when you add up all the taxes we have. Federal income tax, State income tax, Sales tax, business taxes, real estate taxes, personal property taxes, licenses and fees...and before you know it we are paying 50% of every dollar earned in tax too. And we don't have health care. When I'm sick, I tough it out. Get hurt? If I don't need emergency surgery it's out of the question to even go and see a doctor. I'm too rich to be poor, and too poor to be rich! Orca
