What kills me is all the people who said "Saddam wouldn't go down without a fight to death" and so forth. He has now been shown to be a huge coward, even his sons went down fighting. Hussein was hiding in a hole like a rat, like the vermin that he was.

Psychology and support are critical for guerrilla movements. You notice how they stressed that he gave up without a fight. This is very important in the ME.
