Its just that Dean has stated repeatedly that he is concerned with the federal budget, he has balanced a budget in Vermont for years and is something of a budget hawk. That is a major concern of mine, all this reckless spending. Bush said today he wants to "fix" social security in his second term! Holy christ! We're in deep sh!t if he gets his hands on SS, we may well end up with a huge corporate payout of trillions and a trillion dollar deficit starting in 2010, based on the pork fest Bush created with the drug plan. We need to shore up this dollar and there is no way to do it with this deficit. McCain says the current spending is an insult to drunken sailors.
