Of course, nothing is guaranteed in this world, but that is what the odds now favor as our dollars have helped to keep China's dictators and hawkish generals in power.... The standard propaganda line that all this throwing of money at China will free her people now has "no clothes", as the more comfortable China's people become, the less inclined they are to overthrow their dictators.
