JoAT: I don't need anger management counseling, it would just be nice to have an investment message board devoid of jerks. I've been using QCharts/QFeed as just a back up service for some time now. However since I am still paying over a hundred bucks a month for the service I believe I still have a right to expect it to work as advertised. If you had comprehended my last post, you might have realized that I am "finally" giving up on the software, as the data feed instead of improving just keeps getting worse. Enough is finally enough. Hell, for the over a hundred bucks a months I am paying for the service, the least I should be able to get for my money is the right to bitch about the poor service...ng Those having trouble with the service today, please just relax. Jack of All Trades says the service is good enough and we should not expect the product to perform as advertised. Have a nice holiday all... Regards, LG
