Thank you for the heads-up on the MFIC accumulation. This is big news IMO and will probably mean that MFIC can say good-bye to the OTCBB. I am not trading MFIC as I believe that the stock has significant long-term potential with respect to profitability in its nanotech capital equipment business line.

MFIC - that filing caught my eye. I am just starting my due diligence and had some issues for those who are familiar with the company.

From the recent filings, I see that revenues were way off with no real explanation.

$ 1/4 million in R&D for the quarter seems small for a company that wants to make a name in "nano". How much of a "nano" company is it really?

Fairly heavy current liabilities vis a vis largely inventory on the asset side. Is there a problem with moving inventory?
