Bushies would give away more money to fat cat corporate interests than any beaurocracy could possibly waste in decades. In just Bush's energy and Medicare bills, 32 billion outright corporate welfare which is completely unnecessary. Thank God GOP moderates stopped the energy bill, but they will keep trying to give away our money to polluters, while at the same time deregulating pollution as much as they can get away with.
