Can you provide a link where the OMB or CBO claim that the National Debt went down four years in a row from 98-01?


The Department of Truth comes up with something different. The "Total Debt subject to Limit" increased by $400 Billion from January 31, 1998 to December 31, 2001. From $5.4 Trillion to $5.8 Trillion.
