americans support israel, but not the illegal settlements. Quit the settlements and US will give israel all it wants, keep with the settlements and we should cut off the money, I think that and I believe the majority of US citizens do too. Israel's fight for soverignty and their quest for more land is not my battle, I really don't care, and this practice is making americans less safe, that is the issue. But as far as support for israel, yes there is a lot of support for israel, just not the settlements.
