James Baker for President would be funny - campaign posters of a snarling pit bull chewing on a rattlesnake for breakfast.

And that's Baker on a good day.....

"He hates his Mr. Fix-It reputation."

I highly doubt that comment. Baker has gained tremendous respect for his ability to fix it. It is a compliment to him and he gets big time press everytime he is called back into action. If not for Bush family no one would be hearing a word about Baker. Evidently they highly respect his ability to accomplish some very difficult assignments and give him their trust to get things done. Not treat him like a butler.. who is this writer.? this is nonsense.
