eag news thx Bob P.

agree that drop may be overdone, but what is more germane is how the management views it's need for "share" capital and what plans may be in the offing. doing the kind of swing trading that I do, i get annoyed by this kind of news dribbles

Jim, pls. explain why company would announce it's upcoming investor conference in January just days before this SEC filing? you understand, i'm sure, why i find these PRs to be fatuous...are we to infer that the SEC filing has something to do with positive company developments alluded to in the 12/18 PR? the investing public should not have to "read between the lines"....just put it out there!

they could have waited and had a nice PR today with both pieces of info, tied together so that we might have a clue what they want to do with increased share authorization.

P.S. on HEC Live by the Tout...Die by the Tout

The only problem with playing a ticker that has a Calendra type cheerleader is that, in an instant, the paying subscribers, can be told the stock is fully valued....or overvalued....and whoosh...u are toast. Obviously these comments are the envied musings of a watcher :)
