""processing plant scheduled to be in production by the end of 2004. ""

Sur American Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SUR) is very pleased to advise that it continues to discover more high grade gold mineralization in the Tarale-Batoto area of the Comval Project. This latest discovery, a 0.50 metre wide vein brings the total of high grade veins found so far to 18.

In addition bulk leach testing of two recently discovered veins, Tarale 48 (3 metres wide structure) and Tarale 49 (1.9 metres wide structure) which previously assayed 7.1 and 14.4 g/t gold, returned assays of 11.4 and 18.3 g/t gold respectively.

In response to many investor enquiries the Company is currently compiling detailed maps showing the location of the veins and the Batoto-Tarale stockwork deposit and these will be displayed on the Company's website surgold.com as soon as they have been completed.

The Company is also very pleased to announce that further detailed sampling and assaying of a recently discovered 50 metres long crosscut in fresh (unoxidized) rock at Batoto indicates average grades in excess of 1 g/t gold over the entire length with every interval well mineralized. This provides further indication of the bulk mineable potential of Batoto.

In other news a 20 tonne bulk sample has been collected from several veins being developed to provide samples for bulk metallurgical testing. This bulk sample is scheduled to be processed during the next 4 weeks. Information obtained from this work will be used in the design a 50-100 t/day trial mining and processing plant scheduled to be in production by the end of 2004.

I don't see big time inflation without wages going up. Doesn't seem possible.
