Indian time or Arab time are all well and good. I can appreciate the charm of that way of looking at things and I can see why folks might not want to give it up. I don't see, however, how it can be compatible with what we consider progress in modern society. One would have to drop out to follow the natural rhythms. That will be a hard choice for the folks in the ME. And the religious traditionalists will surely resist it.
