Sidney, at this point in time I think you're gonna have to come up with a link to support your remark. You've established a track record that is coming close to supreme stupidity to the dumbest guy on this thread, Gustave Jaeger. Look him up. I'm sure you guys could spend months misinforming each other of everything under the son. In fact, I am seriously considering you for the Gustave Jaeger Award for 2003, specially reserved for those few posters who are unabashedly unashamed of letting the world know how little they know. The things that put you in contention are: 1) Your knowledge of Ted Kennedy's whereabouts on that famous Chappaquidick night. 2) Your remarkable insights into the differences between a 'democracy' and a 'constitutional republic'. 3) Your inadvertent support of the state's rights in the US and it's role in racism. (It was inadverent...wasn't it?) The list is growing. What else can you come up with?

Bush himself pushed a 200 million appropriation through congress to get those machines out into service before the 2000 mid-term elections Yikes! The mid-term was in 2002. And the overall appropriation was $650 Million. Message 19618133 Some friendly advice.....
