agree on cramer, he's a big whatever as his outlook and focus change by the minute, just say whatever and wait a minute for him to go away there are 4M shares short so if the right/wrong people hold those short positions, you might even see a negative article from herbie, who knows? too much uncertainty for my taste at this point, hope it does well for the rest of you, without this nonsense it looks like a great investment have to say props to the counsel for sticking up for what they believe is right (and what certainly looks like improper dealings by the CEO), perhaps if more had done this a few years ago there would have been less enrons, worldcoms, etc.
