Good column by Horowitz. I beg to differ. The column was a nasty rant, IMO. The left's inability to understand the most basic economic fact -- that people need an incentive to produce -- I agree with his underlying premise. It's a point that needs to be made and made again until it gets through. But heaping on abuse and bigotry spoils his attempt to do that. His attribution of the problems of communism to "progressives" is in itself enough to push the piece into rant territory. Shame on him.
