Even Kim-Jung-Il like Saddam Hussein has self preservation as a primary motive. The US "character assessment" of Saddam's self preservation instinct upon surrendering......a coward. Suppose OBL [or any one of thousands of terrorists] gets his hands on 4 biological weapons. I don't think he'll have any reservations about sending 4 minions to D.C., London, Madrid and Rome. His list might be different. Nor do I think he would have any problem finding four minions to do it. Will OBL think that he's jeopordizing his own survival? jttmab
