Bill,
If the camp david/tava lines are followed, israel will gain more US support and even some euro support. Also it will be easier for them to deal with other arab states. Israel's goal has always been to be part of the neighborhood. The other arab states at least privately will need to see some fairness in the Wall if over time the israelis are able to join the neighborhood. Sharon's wall helps more settlers but does no good for the jewish state and little wiggle room for arab states in the future. Mike
