The usual suspects will see it as a land grab unless they built on the green line, giving even more land than Barak/Clinton offered, which the Israelis would never do. Even if the Israelis did it, the usual suspects would find some new club to beat the Israelis with, since the line of demarcation is actually a red herring. So Israel might as well build it where they want.
