Well as a critique I was unhappy with the cut of meat. In fact my good buddy the butcher and I have spoken on that. It was cooked to perfection yet tough. Oh well. I also think the cracked peppercorns are too much and I like pepper. Horseradish sauce was excellent. Salad was good. Mashed potato's were good though I couldn't taste as much garlic as I would have likedCake was very rich. I am not a sweet eater but everyone raved yet thought it was rich beyond rich. I will make some changes to the next meal.
