are you saying Clinton spent the entire federal budget on trickle down stimulus? I don't think so. Clinton didn't need to stimulate the economy, for one thing he did not operate in a climate of fear as Bush does. The amazing thing is that the economy even manages to keep going with the Bush admin's constant bogus terror alerts and boogeymen. The Bush admin wants armed guards on planes now? Great, this is going to result in the murder of a few innocent people with nary a terrorist in sight I am sure. Did they ever find the non-passenger on that Air France flight? The Bush admin created an international incident about it so I certainly hope there was some justification for their behavior.... but I doubt it. Bush= A MESS.
