I thought McCain and Bush are not friends , period. too many fences between them imo. and McCain said he will not run for president again. I believe i heard him say this on matthews show or imus.

The bold choice would be McCain

McCain really hates Bush over the South Carolina primary. He blames Rove for the whisper campaign against him. But if he saw the 08 election as a chance for him, he might do it.

The only thing that would knock Cheney out would be if the release of his energy meetings showed something bad. And the "inside the beltway" noise is that there is nothing there.
