Dell is still #1 compared to whom? All the tech support organizations are extremely bad. At least that's what I heard from my sources. Lets not forget that the people who are hired are not "techies". They don't know the technology, and all they are trained to do is look up the solution to a problem on the data base that they are given. This is not a very good way to fix problems, especially major problems. Of course, on occasion, you do get a tech who knows the product, but that's the exception.

Oh well, as I said, Dell, HPQ and the others are headed for trouble unless they turn the ship around. Also, lets not forget that their phone systems are a joke, the customer service, not technical, people don't offer much, if any help.
