If "they are not" (not sure whether you mean subs or financials), it will be something.

The financials will be horrible. SACs are still way out of control, although maybe not as bad as last Q. Cash burn will be 180M or worse if the NFL escrow is included.

As to subs, 270K would be blowout, IMO. I think 250K or 260K is more like it. No matter, it is well below the 330K they had promised before guiding down. Meanwhile, XM is going to be over 1.3M.
