Rush deserves jail time. Don't you think? Illegal narcotics purchases by the thousands is a pretty big deal. By the thousands? LOL You mean pills? I do think he should be charged if the evidence is there. I also don't believe the housekeeper and boyfriend should get a pass on extortion. I am certain it grades much higher than Doctor shopping. Somehow I have the feeling you are more familiar with drugs than many of the posters here. Except maybe partytime, tigerpaw and "laura_bush". Technically, the over stuffed ego to whom you refer, is a first offender and wasn't distributing. The problem with Rush is what happens to all these media asses. They aren't really funny or were funny and no longer are. The main reason they lose their appeal is their constant yapping about themselves. He would have lost audience with or without a scandal. I heard some of his program on two occasions since his return. I noted he is attempting humor and it isn't working. I don't think you will find much but little old ladies that follow him. He could switch political leanings and would have the same blue hairs listening or a similar crowd of people with nothing to do but listen to radio pseudo drama.
