Rush will always have a following, I mean look at Stern...even he still has a following, but I agree. Rush is no different than anyone else, if he broke the law, let the justice system try him, along with the doctors passing out those pills.

Rush should know, do the crime, serve the time. No excuse about back pain or blackmail. He was a junkie looking for his illegal fix. Plain and simple.
