PeopleSoft Announces $200 Million Stock Repurchase Program

PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 2004--PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT - News) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program for up to $200 million of the Company's common stock.
