Try not to blow your cork.

There is plenty of testimony in the FTC record to the effect that RDRAM production was curtailed by the DRAMURAI.

There is also ample evidence that HP, CPQ and DELL could not get an assured supply of RDRAM at the projected prices and were forced to switch to DDR. It is in the testimony of those companies. There is also considerable evidence that the DRAMURAI were selling DDR at below cost to get it established in the market. The early instability of DDR and lack of standardization prolonged the losses of those companies with the exception of those the few that were selling RDRAM.

There is also evidence in the record that the DRAMURAI were overstating their production of RDRAM to mislead INTC and produce an unexpected supply shortfall. This created a crisis for INTC, DELL, CPQ and HWP.

Finally, when the DRAMURAI were able to push RDRAM out of the desk top computers and install DDR they raised the prices of the DDR to DELL. DELL then missed its quarterly earnings and the stock took a hit. DELL was pissed.

There is ample evidence of the DRAMURAI talking to SAMSUNG to get them to reduce RDRAM production and thereby keep the prices artificially high.

You seem to be saying that the DOJ has no interest in these other criminal antitrust violations.

I think you are dead wrong! All these actions were interrelated and part of an overall strategy.
To ignore that is the real mistake.

THIS INVESTIGATION HAS TO DO WITH RDRAM
