Occams Razor is frequently used by Atheists to prove the non-existence of God. Whether God exists or not , one thing is for certain that for the greatest most-part of our collective knowledge , and that includes many consecutive centuries , God is most certainly at best --->unknowable . Perhaps maybe thru love and practicing compassion one draws near to the "divine" in us all...was the gist of my post . You have some kind of monopoly on these feelings and thoughts because of your beliefs ? always knew that you were pretty far out but to equate a sincere Christian with Hitler's storm troopers is damn low life to me "Sincere christianity ? Do you mean the humble self-sacrificing, searching and harmless turn the other cheek kind ? I was addressing fundamentalism and it's apparent universal attachment to an aggrandizment of itself and boosting of the egos of it's proponents and adherents...ie: Mr "Elect" here and his love of introducing hatred into scripture. My use of Ockham's razor was used as a general appreciation of understanding the universal messages of all the messiahs , buddhas and prophets ...or in other words --->keep it simple stupid and be alert to avoid egotistical extremists . And above all , live without doing too much harm of zealous complications.<g> You are going on ignore. I can do without your atheism. here again is a plain and common form of manipulation , which is the gist of your entire post to me . Such condemnation should never find itself falling very far from the fundamentalist tree of it's origin , which see's only itself as holy . So , if God exists truely , he exists for me as much as you , so don't fear little one many have as much love of Life and God as you. Though they may see "God" differently than the staid and inorganic rigid form of the Abrahamic "monotheist" tradition. have a nice new year, sorry you couldn't handle the truth.
