Impossible that the universe happened by chance

So however improbable it seems (to some) God must have created the universe and us. Even Steven hawking says that the universe had to have been created by an outside force great enough to do it. The universe itself could not have evolved to the state of order it is in because the universe can only be seen going from order to disorder, not the other way round. No natural event in this universe creates order from disorder, it's impossible in this universe so mathematically its impossible that we evolved.
