On the Schuykill, its impossible to enforce "left lane for passing only". Same with 422.

That's one reason I don't allow speeding tailgaters to intimidate me. They want everyone in the slow lane. Like I said, let them call a cop & complain. You sound like the person that needs to control everything including those behind you that want to move up the road a little faster then what you have decided is reasonable. Since you are speeding you've decided that no one is allowed to speed more then you? If I stay to the right,I'll add an hour or more to each trip over 250 miles. That's probably what those behind you are thinking. They could probably shorten their trip by an hour and a half or more if his majesty would just get out of the way.
