Well thanks for the Tiger link. I think consumer customer support has gotten worse at many companies. When I have a technical problem that is really stumping me, I have generally had pretty good luck paying the one time $35 fee to Microsoft tech support to work on the problem until it is solved. At many other tech companies, I often get tech help which knows less than I do, which isn't much.<g> Are the Athlon 64 bit chips for desktops available now? I thought they weren't out yet.
