I think you've got much of that wrong. Israelis haven't been given anything. They've had to fight constantly against the threat of overwhelming numbers, economic and population since its independence. The Arabs figured they'd wipe out the Jews and were encouraged to leave. I've read that if you take the Arab middle east and scale it to a football field, the land of Israel would be the size of a match box. Most Palestinians could care less where their home is so long as they have peace and economic security. The leaders of the Arab lands mostly tyrants and OILogarch shieks have used this problem to stay in power. But of course you knew that. Now if you want to talk about solutions - go ahead. We really don't need to debate history again for a few hundred posts.
