Ray, exhaust gas cleaning would be great. <Do you see an investment theme emerging in generator station scrubbing equipment makers? > Seeing the sky would increase crop production - the air is so dirty the insolation is dramatically reduced, which doesn't matter to plants in winter here because they are all deciduous, but in summer I dare say there is a lot of light blocked too. It would make it much nicer to live here [they wouldn't all try to flee to New Zealand or the USA, like Yiwu, if their own place wasn't so bad]. etc.. No time for major rant now, so in a word, yes.
