Ya Victor -- its the most isolated island on the planet and all those things cost more on an island. The good news is no heating or air conditioning costs and short travel distances for most people. Anyway, nobody wants you to live there Victor, not to make you feel unwelcome, but people would mostly prefer that you live someplace else and let them enjoy themselves in paradise.
