Hi Boplicity, Your experience with Dell is becoming common place. In November I ordered a FP LCD monitor that was supposed to be delivered the first week of December. I'm still waiting for the monitor, and yesterday, I was informed that it won't be shipped before January 19. Of course, this date is subject to change. As I've posted before, Dell is going to lose their retail customers if they keep this level of performance much longer. I won't buy anything from Dell and I'm telling all my friends, and others that ask for my opinion, to go else where for their computer purchases. To bad, Dell was a class act, but no longer. Larry
