I too have purchased 4 computers from Dell. Plus, a printer and of course the ink cartridges. My next computer may be a "white box" from a local computer store, or I may just build it myself. I just can't believe how indifferent Dell has become to the needs of their customers. Just look how their phone systems, customer service, and tech support have deteriorated over the past year or two. As I said, Dell has started down the long and slippery slope. To bad.... Larry
