Texans got tax "relief" when Bush was governor.

For a few hundred dollars a year in reduced taxes a new system of toll roads will cost middle class commuters about $600 / year in toll fees. Just one of many service fees which now daily drain the cash. For middle class, the tax "relief" was nowhere near what the service and user fees is costing them. For the wealthy, they pay the same fees, but got a much much larger tax break. That doesn't even address the oil companies which were the largest beneficiaries. Bush/Cheney/Rove and Tom Delay are now doing to the country what they did to Texas. Assume the position.
