speaking of secondaries
I sure can not understand ONNN

with a 35mm float they have filed to sell 67mm shares

stock is up 300% 52 weeks

has a huge debt and a big negative equity

I'm going to be a bulldog on this short but may get hurt
as always time will tell

or, if they can sell stock at a high price and take advantage of market conditions, why not?
