Thank you, and a very prosperous one to you, MD. OPEC could also decide to price oil in Dinars, after all, the origin of the currency is Muslim and if they truly organize themselves, it could be a real threat. However, I think they are smarter than their 1970's cousins and so, I do not believe it is in their best interest to make a frontal attack on the US/Western economies, as the immediate result will be a total shock to the system that would back fire on them. I do not believe they want that. Yes, price of oil is a definitive worry, and the prospects, based on the immediate future energy needs from China, point to the sky.... Unless... 1. they find oil in some of their vast regions that are yet to be explored (and I have no idea of the feasibility of such prospects) or 2. The western world finds a viable fuel/energy alternative... If not... as a lot of people have been saying, the price of tangible assets (not only oil) will explode... Given the technological capabilities of the US, I believe that education is a field where we all should work to improve. Lastly, the Union's intended world of Valhalla for their respective members ought to be scrapped, for no other reason that unskilled labor (and in some fields, even skilled labor) are facing very stiff competition from thr third world. ----------- Of course.... as part of the "resoursefulness" of smart leaders.... there are "dramatic courses of actions" such as.....
