Yes the cost of doing business decreases and more people can be hired or not layed off. Every American benefits. The only thing that qualifies for your distinction is giving money away to those who have done nothing to earn it. In a communist country the government decides who gets the money and that is what you wish. That is not America. I believe individual Americans can provide more opportunity for those without using their money. I don't believe the government is 1/4 as effective. Those who believe in communism believe the government can do a better job.
