As I see it, IBSG (a software company) basically let themselves be taken over by IGII (the Optical company), and then threw out the management (it's sometimes easier to do this, then to go through all the SEC filings and registrations to incorporate a new company...I've done this once). On the surface, the financials of IGII (IBSG) look incredible, but I can't even find a web site for them??

Watching SBYN tank here now 4.9 from 6.2 high yesterday AM -- could be one of Mark -TATrader's "bull popper" plays. Looks like lost of little sells too. I will have to look at the chart this weekend for entry point.

Re: IGII This all sounds familiar. Sound like a company that I was looking at back in 1998 with "Optical" in the name and it had something to do with kangaroos in its history! LOL.

I could be totally off the wall and this could be completely unrelated, but I would certainly proceed with caution unless there is more info available.
