Not according to Clinton. He was quoted as saying he refused to apprehend Bin Laden in 96 when he was offered up because he was not a threat to us.

This is EXACTLY what Tiger was saying. If you are not saying it, you may not want to side with those who do say Bush has done a bad job. Until it is over (if it ever is) it will be hard to judge with any finality. But the ones who have judged against our President have ulterior motives imo. Based on how quickly we were up and running again after the attack, and the lack of attacks on our soil, my feeling is he is doing a damn good job.
