Amazing that you continue to remain as ignorant as you do.

We have found no WMD.

So what? the UN gave it's report of how much Iraq had...you think Billy Bubba bombed it all on every tail wagging bombing run? If there was no WMD, why didn't Saddam skate when he was given the opportunity, or why did he mislead the inspectors(remember here too, dummy, that they were INSPECTORS, there to inspect what Saddam was to voluntarily give over). 10 years of resolutions he defied. Who did it hurt...everyone BUT him, moron.

The bottom line is that Saddam was not an imminent threat. And since this was the reason given for attacking Iraq

er.....seems it is only you pinheads that came up with that line...it ain't in his SOU speech....

This is a fact.

you would not know a fact if it slapped you. Ask these folks if Saddam had to be dealt with, once and for all...

The bottom line is that Saddam was not an imminent threat. And since this was the reason given for attacking Iraq, it is now shown to be baseless.

No wonder you sound confused! You don't even understand the meaning of the word 'imminent' which I have defined for you below as a matter of courtesy.

im·mi·nent (ĭm'ə-nənt)
adj.

About to occur; impending: in imminent danger.

[Middle English iminent, from Old French imminent, from Latin imminçns, imminent-, present participle of imminçre, to overhang : in-, in; see in–2 + -minçre, to jut, threaten.]

Here is the exact quote from State of the Union speech that justified our actions before the danger became imminent.

President George W Bush, State of the Union speech January 28, 2003

Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike? If this threat is permitted to fully and suddenly emerge, all actions, all words, and all recriminations would come too late. Trusting in the sanity and restraint of Saddam Hussein is not a strategy, and it is not an option.
